ORDERING
All prices are quoted in Australia Dollars (AUD). Orders placed before 3pm will be processed that day.. Orders placed on the weekend will be posted on Monday. Orders placed online will receive a confirmation email that your order has been recieved and processed. PAYMENT /SECURITY
The Change Room Collective wants you to shop online with confidence and ease. Safegaurding your financial and personal information is of utmost importance to us. Our payment process is protect by industry standard encryption so that we can ensure that no one can intercept your credit card details. You are fully protected while buying online with The Change Room. Our online Merchant is Westpac and our payment gateway is E-Way. Payments can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, direct bank transfer or or using Credit Card over the phone.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING
All deliveries are sent via Australia post. You will be emailed a traking number enabling you to view your items progress during the delivery process.
- AUSTRALIA WIDE
Free postage offered on orders over $100. For orders under $100 we offer a Flat Rate $10 Parcel Post Sevice 1- 5 working days (depending on location).
- INTERNATIONAL
International orders are sent via Registerd Post taking 7 - 14 working days (depending on loaction at a Flat Rate of $18.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our priority....
If you wish to return an item purchased online, we will exchange or refund provided you return it within 7 days from the date of purchase, unworn, in it's original condition with label/ticket attached, in a salable condition and with our original reciept. All returns are subject to a quality inspection by The Change Room. If our returns requirements are not met refunds or exchanges can be denied.If you do need to return an item for exchange or refund you must contact us first at mail@changeroomshop.com requesting a Returns Form. We will email you the form with postage details to send back the goods.

Your privacy is important to us, we are committed to safeguarding your personal information. We use persoanl information you provide when placing an order for no other purpose than to complete your order. Wed do not share your personal information with any third parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order.
We do offer the opportunity to register online to recieve our newslartter. Personal information submitted on this site will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the newsletter registration.
